About the FOAL...

Les Amis de la Bibliothèque Américaine de Montpellier.

The Friends of the American Library Association was created in 1980. Its objective is to promote the activities of the library and to raise funds for the purchase of books, magazine subscriptions, and other material.

The FOAL sponsors activities such as theater performances, poetry readings and concerts as well as book sales twice a year.

The FOAL is a non-profit association. Its officers and its members contribute their time on a volunteer basis.
